Description
Two handset answering system with a cordless headset lets you enjoy the freedom of a private, hands-free landline and/or cellular conversations anywhere in your home or office. The phone and headset hold a great charge. And being hands free is great.

I like the phone, but there is no "hold" button, only a "Mute". So, when you mute a call and shout out for someone else to pick it up, you need to remember to hang up the headset or you will get a beeping noise a few minutes after they end their call telling you your phones off the hook. No one can use it until you hang it back up. This forces us to use the call transfer feature, which personally I love, but my guys don't. "It's too confusing" they say. So, instead I just mute the call and they can pick it up on their end and I just have to remember, and also remind everyone else, to hang up their headsets when they do this.
I didn't check for a "hold" option when researching because I assumed all business phones would have a "hold" option on them. Lesson learned.
Overall, a good phone with some great features. The Push To Talk (PTT) feature is pretty cool.

I have used this set for a couple of years now and use the over-the-head adapter for the wireless setup. It works well and I have not ever broken the set. The reception is good and according to other people my voice is clear.

I agree 100% with the 1st review. It does not sit right on the ear, and is not adjustable (one size fits some). I used my headset for just a few short days and the connector piece broke. We used a 2nd headset from another vtech we weren't using, got it programmed (finally#. It also broke, and is unusable #unless I want to tie a rubber band to my head).
